About Nidamo
What is Nidamo? +
Nidamo is a multi-sport management platform. It comes in two parts: Nidamo League for running competitions and fixtures, and Nidamo Club for running clubs and academies — players, teams, training and communication. The name comes from the Arabic nidhām: system, structure, organising with intention.
Which sports does it support? +
Nidamo is built to be multi-sport — netball, rugby, football and more — across youth age groups and adult social and competitive levels. It is management software, so it adapts to how your sport actually runs rather than assuming one game.
Do I need both League and Club? +
No. They are two independent products and either works on its own. If you use both, a club team can link to its league and season so the two stay in step — but neither requires the other.
Getting started
Is Nidamo live? +
Yes — both Nidamo League and Nidamo Club are live. We are onboarding leagues and clubs now, starting in Dubai.
How do I get started? +
The quickest way is to request a demo. We will give you a walkthrough mapped to your sport and help you get set up.
Can you help move our existing data across? +
Yes — tell us what you currently use (spreadsheets or another system) when you request a demo and we will talk you through getting your teams, players and fixtures in.
Pricing & payments
How much does it cost? +
Pricing depends on the size of your league or club. Get in touch and we will put together what fits — there is no obligation.
Can I collect fees and subs through Nidamo? +
In-platform payment collection — league fees and player subs — is on the near-term roadmap. At launch you continue to collect through your existing arrangements; we will let you know as payment features come online.
Data, privacy & security
Where is our data hosted and is it secure? +
Data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the EU (europe-west1), encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted to authorised staff and access to personal data logged. See our privacy policy for the detail.
How is children's and youth data handled? +
Players under 16 cannot hold their own account — a parent or guardian registers and consents on their behalf, and that consent can be withdrawn. We minimise what we collect for under-18 accounts and restrict access to the club's authorised staff. We do not collect medical or dietary information.
Is Nidamo GDPR compliant? +
Nidamo is built to GDPR — the strictest of our target markets — which also satisfies the UAE's data protection requirements. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
